Microsoft stops support for Windows Server 2003

Hello everyone,

Short message as a reminder, support for Microsoft Server 2003 R2 edition will stop on Tuesday 14 July 2015, this gives system administrators about more then half a year to migrate to another version.

After 14 July there will be no more updates or patches released by Microsoft, this will be the main reason why lots of companies will migrate. The security standards will be much lower without patch and security management.

Best option would be to migrate to other Microsoft products such as Server 2008 or 2012.

Overview of Microsoft products and their support lengths.
